Greenfield site project undertaking the civil and structural design for the new Kura.

The new facility brings together two Kura with Students from Years 1 to 8 - Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Manurewa and secondary school students Years 9 to 13 - Te Wharekura o Manurewa.  The building includes a gym, food tech kitchen, hard tech workshop, science and art rooms, and a large atrium with seating.

The civil design includes stormwater management through rainwater harvesting and attenuation, while the structure consists of shallow raft foundations, large precast panels, reinforced concrete mezzanine floor and structural steel gravity elements.
